i've just grabbed the file and Avira is reporting the program to contain "TR/Crypt.MWPM.Gen Trojan" - i'm assuming it's just a false positive but could anyone confirm that, please...? =-(

Sorry for this , Avira Antivir always do this to my Files , because i Packed them with "Molebox Pro" and Molebox Packed files causes Problems on Antivir. Just ignore the warning.

Its ACE !! I love a good space invaders and this is great fun !!

I wonder if i spotted a small bug. At around level 12 or so the video screen was just peeping in to the game window and the music had been reduced to half volume. No videos played any more and volume never came back to full until game over which was around level 16 or so i think. Could be related to getting the first double shot or when the mines started coming in...

@hitm4n Hmm never had something like that but if the music volume go down that means a video is playing. You can switch on/off videos in the ingame menue. maybe that could solve the problem if it happens again.

Ok guys so many had problems with this Antivirus warnings so i´ve uploaded a new version without Molebox Packer ........  because this packer causes the problems in the newer Antivir Apps..... Antivir did too mutch warnings with no reasen and the Molebox packers should do more care on something like that.

The original download played without causing my AV any grief. Made it to around level 24 or so (can't remember exactly what level I died on).

Thanks very much for doing that, i told Avira to ignore it but every time i went back to the folder for another game it triggered another bout of warnings! Had a proper game just now, got to level 34 and it was getting evil by that point - fantastic stuff. =-)

Just installed Avira Antivir to check that out my self ... and yes it warns me too ... that is ofcourse bugging. Antivir did mutch of these False warnings thats why i didnt use it anymore.

Wrote some Mails to Molebox (the packing programm thats the reason for the warnings). Looks like i cant use it anymore as long as it causes Virus warnings

Gave this a quick bash and its .. space invaders..

And quite a good little version at that, though like with any version of space invaders I get bored quite quickly (the autosaving is a great addition for people like me) but i'll be going back to it to see just how far i can get without dying.

Would like to know how far everyone came (Level) ... if you reach over 100 Levels you´r very very good if you got up to 50 Levels your not bad at all. I googled and some guys says its fun but easy so i guess these guys didnt came very far in the game , because there is no Level Limit

So please tell me your best Score and your farest Level ... that would be nice.

9883 Level 21....Sorry, but kinda lost the will. That was 25 minutes and there wasn't enough variation to keep me going. When I saw there was a boss at level 30 I considered it, but even with the save at level 10, that's going to be half an hour and even though it's an excellent version, I don't want to spend 30 minutes playing Space Invaders.

Same way. Got as far as level 15 and just got bored with it. Hit a bonus level one time, don't remember how, but that wasn't often or exciting enough to keep me going.

It's a novelty, but not enough of one to keep me going.

Hmm maybe i should let more appear and earlier but you really see everything if you got to Level 100 and above. So if you´r on Level 15 you only saw 15 % of all extras and stuff.

Bonus Level comes every 15th Level ... Boss comes every 31th Level.

My first Target was to keep everyons motivating to play the Game long (thats the reason for the Autosave as well) and that is why you have to come far in the game to see everything.

BTW got anyone the shift key working ?
