I have the Planet Express Spaceship that brings our Team some Extras , i also made the oppsite an alien Spacship that drops some Bombs. But I dont know how it could look like , so anybody has an idea ?

If i found the Alienship i can show the next Video.

It is already implemented in the game and in later levels it Bombs the Player as well.
I need something like the Planet Express Ship but from the Aliens.

Just registered to tell you this looks awesome, can't wait for the finished game.

And for the hostile ship, you could also use Zapp Branigan's battleship. It wouldn't be the first time our heroes suffer (un)friendly fire from him..

Zapp Branigan's battleship is to big in compare to the Planet express ship , i used that Ufo shape Ship already.

Thing is, its space invaders. One of the oldest and dullest games out there. And to top that watching someone play the game must be even duller. Yet I just loved watching that vid. I just love it thuus far.

It's looking stupid good.

[nitpick]
I noticed invades don't destroy shields if their bodies run into it.

It says that line about the last one being too fast too frequently. It should either only say it once every couple of levels or else only say it when the last one has lived long enough to go back and forth 3 times, or something.

Yup, it definitely looks good.  I can't believe I just watched somebody play Space Invades for 10 minutes and enjoyed it

In the original they would destroy the shields as they hit it with their bodies.

Status :

1) Did more on the Green Shilds now , if Invaders hit them with the Body they disappear (like the original) , and i did 2 Extras on the shilds as well ... but these are no goodies for the Player

2) Made a Menue , you can change Ship Speed (mouse speed) , Music Volume , Video pop on/off.
(more to come)

The whole game can be controlled with only the mouse(not with so many keys like in some of my other Games).

BTW : the game´s simpleness is gone more and more.

What does it mean ? not allowed in the video but in the Game its ok ?

I wrote them a mail with the question to use my "All Rush Mix Tape" by rush in the Game , but no answer so far

It means the auto copyright search bollocks YouTube employs has caught up with you. Use a different service to host your videos.

Don't ask them (tube) anything, they have no time or desire to look into individual problems concerning the material on their site nor can they tell you 'Yeah, do that and we'll review' kinda thing. Just replace the music if that's the thing in question and keep it low key.

Or use different service, try vimeo, viddler, something.

You're asking for trouble then, you know they either won't respond or your email will just trigger the usual stuff about copyrights and such. Plus they know nothing about your intentions or what the heck the 'remix' in question is. Just put the remix as that's beyond their realm, as long as they don't see (or hear) their own stuff playing you'll be fine.

Didnt told them that i got a Mail by youtube , just asked them. But you could be right about trigering other stuff that bad ... so i do nothing right now.

Should i still let the Music in the Game ?
