So, here we are at the end of another competition and its been the usual fun and frolics along the way, fights, arguments, battles... and thats just the judges sorting the prizes out...

And finally, after 9 months out of our lives, 3 months out of the entrants lives...we have a result. We have a winner... and has all the whinging, moaning and gnashing of teeth been worth it this year?

Yes, yes it has. From uncharted territory to something truly special in 0-3 months care of the game thats in receipt of our first prize. And to boot, a fair old selection of good and accessible games all going to a good cause.

Its not all been good, some people seemed to struggle to grasp the entire point of the competition, some games have all but been disqualified, some games we really wish we'd found an excuse to disqualify them they were that dismal and missed the point by such a wide mark, but in the end - its not important.

There's a ruck of fantastic games to outweigh the truly depressing ones, and more to the point - those that grasped the point grasped it really, really well and made some of the most fabulous and accessible games out there right now. A point proven in style.

I'd like to thank all our sponsors without whom there would be no prizes, all of our judges without whom there would be no reviews, and of course, all of our entrants without whom there'd be nothing to give prizes to and nothing to review and therefor no point in having a competition.

Anyway, no more prattle - on with the reviews.
